A fine supporting cast of Egyptian Vultures, European Bee-eaters, European Roller, Pallid and Alpine Swifts, Blue Rock Thrush, Rock Bunting, Collared Pratincole, Savi’s and Great Reed Warblers, Purple Heron, Red-rumped Swallow, European Serin, Little Bittern, Purple Swamp-hen and Gull-billed and Whiskered Terns in a total of 129 species. We also enjoyed a fine selection of flowers and butterflies including the Spanish Festoon photographed by our leader Paul Roberts during our stay.
